Information we collect
Name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order details when you buy, register, or contact us. Practice details and HPCSA numbers when an optometrist applies for wholesale access.
We do not receive or store your card details; Yoco processes payments.
Selfies and camera images used in virtual fitting stay in your browser and are never sent to our servers.
Why we use it
To process and deliver orders, handle returns, answer enquiries, verify wholesale applicants, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We send marketing only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with service providers: our payment processor (Yoco), courier partners, and secure hosting providers. We never sell personal information.
Storage and security
Information is stored with reputable hosting providers using encryption and access controls. Some providers may store data outside South Africa under adequate safeguards as required by section 72 of POPIA.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax records).
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Contact us using the details below.
