Cooling-off period (cancellation)
Under section 44 of ECTA you may cancel an online purchase without reason within 7 days of receiving the goods. Return the item unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
We refund the full amount paid within 30 days of receiving your cancellation. The only charge you may bear is the direct cost of returning the goods.
Cancelling before dispatch
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. You will receive a full refund.
Defective goods
Under section 56 of the CPA, if a product is defective or unsafe within 6 months of delivery you may choose a repair, replacement or refund. Defects caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear are excluded.
Items that cannot be returned
Frames that have had prescription lenses fitted or have been altered at your request, except where defective.

Refund method
Refunds are made to the original payment method through Yoco. Your bank may take a few working days to reflect the refund.
